We have made the old GPAR email list available to our members. ANYONE can be added to, or removed from this list. Please remember not to email out any confidential information.

If you are found to violate any of the terms or conditions YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REMOVED FROM POSTING TO THE LIST. You may (or may not) be able to receive others emails, buy you will no longer be able to send out group emails.

Here are the RULES: (Subject to change and / or be modified from time to time- you agree to review these rules periodically and to stay up to date on these rules. It is no excuse to say "I didn't know.")

1) Do not attach large files to the email. File sizes can only be 975,000 bytes or less

2) Only discuss real estate issues. Like Price Changes, a new listing, pocket listings, have a buyer looking for..., etc... Do Not send out emails trying to sell or give away items like cars, computers, pdas, etc... OR try to find these items, jobs, etc... If it is not something directly related to assisting our clients and customers do not email it. (It is OK to email an invitation to a luncheon because if you attend it and sell that property you will be selling a property for a commission that will be paid by a brokerage.)

3) Do not email out anything that you would not want the general public to read. For example: Phone numbers of the owner or tenants, saying that the home is now vacant, etc...

4) Assume that anyone could be on this list and reading the emails.

If you agree to these rules and understand that you WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST if you violate any of them. Then make your selection at the bottom of the page and you will be able to add you email address to the new GPAR email list.
